Meet Teresa Johnson, FNP
Teresa Johnson is a certified Nurse Practitioner at Center for Spine, Joint and Neuromuscular Rehabilitation. Teresa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree at University of Missouri, Columbia where her focus was on the Family Nurse Practitioner track, but she has clinical experience in all areas of study. Along with her job as a Nurse Practitioner, Teresa holds a full-time faculty position in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Union University.
She is Tennessee licensed and board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is also a member of the American Nurses Association and Tennessee Nurses Association. She also serves as the faculty advisor for the Tennessee Student Nurses Association and her school’s Student Nurses Association.
Teresa has 13+ years of experience in pain management, with a special interest in intrathecal pump management. She enjoys working with patients to better understand their pain experiences and create individualized treatment plans to improve their quality of life.
